At YEP, 10 driven youth will participate in developing their business by following our high quality curriculum that focuses on 7 key principles. The seven principles are Responsibility, Empowered Self-Confidence , Adaptability, Vision, Be Solution- Driven, Integrity, and Leadership/ Teamwork.
Our Knowledgeable staff creates a culture that is safe, supportive, interactive, and engaging so youth can thrive and succeed in their future business. Eastside Youth Strong’s goal is to build the youth entrepreneurial skills like developing a business plan, financial literacy, marketing, production, sales, and more.
