The 9th Circuit Court Family Division (Kalamazoo County, MI) operates the KEYS program (“Kalamazoo Empowering Youth to Succeed”), which focuses on providing, art, music, dance, and career development for local youth. Located at the Gull Road Justice Complex, this division also manages child protective, juvenile, and domestic relations cases.
